Why I built this
I'm Dr. Chris Barnhill. I teach at the university level and practice real estate with Keller Williams Music City. I studied more than 22,000 Middle Tennessee listings that expired or were cancelled since 2024 to see what separated the homes that sold from the ones that didn't.
